The Directorate of Civil Defense in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region called on the Saudis and residents to be careful and cautious, given the instability in the weather affecting some of the Kingdom’s governorates.

The media spokesman for the Directorate of Civil Defense in Madinah Abdulaziz bin Saeed Al-Zahrani said that, based on the expectations and information received from the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection, the Kingdom’s atmosphere is affected by instability in some areas, including the Medina and some of its provinces, and that of Saturday morning until next Wednesday.

Al-Zahrani pointed to the expectation of moderate to heavy rain accompanied by hail and active winds, calling on citizens and residents to take precautions from rain and torrential rain.

The National Security Directorate in Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region and Asir District Directorate have also called for caution and caution as a result of the changes in the region’s weather conditions.

The Saudi authorities stressed the need to follow up the weather reports and the ongoing weather fluctuations, in order to avoid exposure to various risks, as well as follow the instructions of civil defense issued in a timely manner.
