The Haramain authorities have claimed that the news spread through social media that the Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and the Masjid al-Nabawi in Medina have been opened since Ramadan is not correct.
They said the president of the two holy mosques recently. Sheikh Abdur Rahman Al Sudais’s statement that two holy mosques will soon be opened for the Muslim Ummah is being misrepresented. In fact, Haramain Sharifain is now closed and no date has been set for when it will reopen.
The Haramain authorities called for gathering the true news from the right sources and suggested following the verified Twitter account of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to get the correct news in this regard.
